The Superocean is one of Breitling’s most popular collections and is known for its technical capability and durability. It is available in a broad range of styles, colors, and sizes. This model is based on the “Slow Motion”, a dive-focused and pared-down watch Breitling designed in the 1960’s, known for its chunky indices, squared-off hands, topped off with a high contrast dial-ring and lots of luminosity, all aimed at maximum legibility. The Superocean 36 brings several modern touches to this updated design, including a unidirectional dive white ceramic-inlaid bezel, a bright white dial, and hands and indices with generous touches of Super Luminova. This is a rare mid-sized professional dive watch that can fit women and men, it is built with stainless steel case that is 36mm in diameter and 12.2mm thick, comfortable for almost any wrist size. It is water resistant to 300m, and also shock-, sand- and saltwater-resistant. The tip of the seconds hand and “Superocean” wordmark are both in orange, adding a bit of color to white colorway.

This watch is powered by the self-winding Breitling Caliber 17 with a 38-hour power reserve and has a sapphire crystal that is glare proofed on both sides with a steel case back. It is Chronometer Certified and is backed by a 2-year Breitling warranty (extensible for an additional 2 years with registration).
